Charles, whose construction will begin in September 2020, will complete the magnificent Parc Rischard real estate project formed by the Colette, Paul and Maison Rischard residences.

Parc Rischard is a group of four buildings, the centrepiece of which is the Rischard House. They surround a magnificent private landscaped park, itself surrounded by a restored old stone wall with century-old trees, in the middle of the peaceful Merl district in Luxembourg-City.
The Maison Rischard iconic piece is an old farmhouse dating from the 17th century, listed and entirely renovated in close collaboration with the Service des Sites et Monuments Nationaux. It houses 3 luxury apartments as well as a wellness area accessible to all residents of the estate. On either side of the Maison Rischard, the five residences, designed in a modern and light-filled style, each bear the first name of a descendant of the Rischard family. The Paul and Colette buildings came into being in 2015, Édouard at the end of 2018, Charles will break ground in 2021 and Huguette is currently under development and is scheduled for completion in 2022.
Parc Rischard aims to be a haven of peace for an increasingly demanding clientele.
